When and what information do we collect?

CTH Members will collect information at points of registration, enquiries and when browsing the site as a registered user. At times we will also track behaviours of non-registered user who chose to browse and test the site.

CTH Members will collect and hold details of your name, address, email address, telephone number, and any information that you provide in response to any CTH Members request for any personal information disclosed by you when dealing with the site or any CTH Members campaigns.

We believe that details of your areas of interest or responses will assist us in tailoring more specific communications to you in the future. Any information you provide to us will be treated with care and respect and will not be abused or shared in anyway.

Industry Links Usage

CTH Members reserves the right to accept or decline websites for inclusion in the Industry Links directory, at any time, or to edit any of the content of the listing as we see fit. Your use of the Industry Links directory and the website generally is subject to the following terms which you are deemed to accept;

  • Only web sites matching the categories listed will be included in the Directory
  • Identify the most relevant category for your website
  • Only one listing is allowed per website
  • The site must be in English or have an English version easily accessible from the homepage
  • The site must have a regular and correct URL, not an IP, but only a URL
  • The site must be submitted with a proper description in English
  • Sites without description or title will be rejected
  • If you are unable to find an appropriate category for your website you can Suggest a Category by contacting us.
  • Do not submit sites with popup windows and other technologies that interfere with viewing the main content of the site
  • Do not submit mirror sites that have the same content, but different URLs
  • Do not submit sites that employ spam tactics for the purposes of deceiving the viewer about the actual site content and/or gaming the search engine rankings with techniques such as mirror sites, redirects, cloaking and java bombing
  • Do not submit sites that are under construction. Make sure that all images and links on your site work properly
  • Do not submit sites that redirect visitors to another site
  • Do not submit sites that consist mostly of affiliate links

CTH also reserves the right to change the criteria for inclusion in a category and sub-category, to amend the categories and sub-categories and to remove categories and sub-categories from the Website. This may change the categories and sub-categories that your listing appears within and, although unlikely, if your listing no longer has a relevant category and/or sub-category to appear within, we may remove your listing from the Website accordingly.

We may also withdraw a listing from the directory at any time if we decide it is no longer appropriate, or where you are in breach of our terms and conditions.

Job Search Section

Posting content to the job section is restricted to registered employers. Once the employer has sent their job this in turn needs to be approved before posting to the job section.

The number of jobs that can be posted is under CTH Members discretion. When posting please comply with the rules set out below;

  • You may not post any hyperlinks, other than those authorized by CTH Members
  • You may not post misleading, unreadable, or “hidden” keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job opportunity being presented
  • You may not post the names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies other than those of your customer
  • You may not post more than one job or job description, more than one location, or more than one job category, unless the product so allows
  • You may not post inaccurate, false, or misleading information; and
  • You may not post material or links to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18
  • You may not use your job posting to post jobs in a manner that does not comply with applicable local, national and international laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labour and employment, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property
  • You may not use your job posting to sell, promote or advertise products or services;
  • You may not use your job posting to post any franchise, pyramid scheme, “club membership”, distributorship, multi-level marketing opportunity, or sales representative agency arrangement;
  • You may not use your job posting to advertise sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature

CTH reserves the right to remove any job posting or content from the site, which does not comply with the above terms.

All item, prices are shown in UK pounds sterling. CTH reserves the right to change prices listed without notice.

Applicable Law

The agreement is governed in all respects by English law and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
